In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

betgee enforces a strict one-Account-per-person policy. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all Accounts involved, forfeiture of all Wallet balances and winnings, and potential permanent exclusion from the betgee Platform.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). betgee reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts after prior notice. Dormant Accounts will not be closed without prior written notice to the Account holder's registered email address.
betgee currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. betgee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to operational and regulatory requirements.
Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; PKR 500 for HBL and UBL bank transfers; PKR 200 for SadaPay; 10 USDT for USDT TRC20 transfers. betgee reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. betgee targets the following processing times for verified Accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5–30 minutes; HBL and UBL bank transfers within 1–4 hours; USDT TRC20 within 10–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation. These are target times and not guaranteed service level commitments — processing may take longer during periods of high volume.
betgee is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. betgee reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. betgee may delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction where AML compliance requirements cannot be satisfied. betgee may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All games available on the betgee platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) engines or live dealer mechanics that are independently certified by recognised third-party auditing organisations. betgee does not have the ability to influence game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles are published within each game's information panel on betgee.
betgee reserves the right to void any wager placed on incorrect odds, outcomes posted in error, or games experiencing technical malfunctions. In such cases, the stake is returned to the Player's Wallet. betgee is not liable for any consequential loss arising from void bets or technical interruptions.
Sports betting markets on betgee — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other disciplines — are governed by betgee's sports betting rules, which are published in the relevant section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. betgee reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.
All game outcome disputes must be submitted to betgee support within 14 days of the disputed outcome. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. betgee's decision on game outcome disputes is final following review of relevant game logs and server-side records.
All bonuses and promotional credits offered by betgee are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn), game eligibility restrictions (some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories), maximum bet size restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods after which unused bonus funds are forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betgee and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

Players who have self-excluded from betgee must not attempt to open new Accounts during the exclusion period. betgee will close any Account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player and return the Wallet balance to the Player.
All content on the betgee platform — including but not limited to the betgee name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of betgee or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use betgee's platform for personal, recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to Users by virtue of Account registration or use of betgee's Services. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of betgee content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betgee's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of betgee's Services shall be limited to the total amount of real-money funds held in the User's betgee Wallet at the time the claim arises.
betgee shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive:
betgee provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any Service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of betgee's platform without advance notice in all cases.
betgee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any regulatory or legal requirement necessitating such action. Where an Account is closed by betgee for reasons other than User misconduct, the Wallet balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method.
You may request closure of your betgee Account at any time by contacting betgee support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money Wallet balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method prior to closure. Bonus Funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure at the User's request.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betgee is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betgee's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of betgee's operating jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Users must first submit their dispute to betgee's formal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. betgee will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.
betgee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betgee will notify registered Account holders via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the betgee platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the amendment notice.
Continued use of betgee's Services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using betgee's Services and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
